Pinoptic Enterprise ("the Application") is built and maintained by Raghul A, operating under Binary Behest ("we", "us", or "our"). We are committed to absolute data privacy and isolation. Because we value professional compliance, enterprise confidentiality, and total user privacy, the Application operates strictly under a zero-telemetry, zero-collection architecture.
1. Information Collection and Use
The Application operates completely offline. We do not collect, store, log, transmit, or share any personal identifying information, behavioral tracking analytics, or telemetry metrics to external or remote servers.
To provide its core utility, the Application requires specific device permissions, all of which are processed exclusively locally on your device:
- Camera (CameraX): Used solely to capture physical site data and compliance images.
- Location (FusedLocationProviderClient): Used strictly to identify geographic coordinates at the exact moment of image capture.
- Local Processing (Geocoder & Room Database): Used to translate coordinates into readable addresses and store your project metadata locally on your device.
- Document Generation (Native Android PDF): Compiles your data into PDF files locally. No data ever leaves your device during compilation.
2. Third-Party Integrations
The Application is built using native open-source libraries, including Koin (dependency injection) and Coil (image loading). These libraries are integrated without any tracking SDKs, ad networks, or external telemetry hooks.
3. Google Play Billing
Financial transactions, subscriptions, and payment processing are handled strictly through the secure Google Play Billing API. We never see, process, or store your credit card details, bank account info, or billing address. All payment processing is governed by the Google Play Terms of Service.
4. Data Security
Because all application data (images, notes, locations, databases) is stored exclusively in your device's secure local sandbox storage, the security of your data depends entirely on your device's security settings. We recommend utilizing device encryption and biometrics to safeguard your professional reports.
4.5 Data Deletion and Retention
Because the Application operates entirely offline and does not transmit data to external servers, we do not retain, store, or have access to any of your data. You have absolute control over your information at all times. You can permanently delete all of your stored project configurations, images, notes, and local database records at any time by simply uninstalling the Application or clearing the Application data via your device's native Android Settings menu (Home -> System -> Delete All App Data).

We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be reflected by posting the updated text within the Application or on our official distribution channels with a revised effective date.
