Terms & Conditions
Welcome to Pinoptic Enterprise ("the Application"). These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User" or "you") and Raghul A, operating under Binary Behest ("Developer", "we", "us", or "our"), governing your use of the Application.
By downloading, installing, or using the Application, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not install or use the Application.
1. License Grant
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Application strictly for your professional or personal purposes on Android devices owned or controlled by you, in accordance with the Google Play Store Terms of Service.
2. Subscriptions and Payments
- Premium Access: Certain features require a paid subscription or one-time fee processed via Google Play Billing.
- Billing & Renewals: Subscriptions automatically renew at the specified interval (monthly or annually) unless canceled through your Google Play Account settings at least 24 hours before the end of the current cycle.
- Refunds: All refund requests are governed and processed strictly via Google Play's refund policies.
3. Local Data Storage & User Responsibility
The Application is fundamentally designed as an offline-first utility. All project files, coordinates, data, and PDF reports are stored locally in your device’s sandbox.
- No Cloud Backups: We do not host, backup, or maintain your data on remote servers.
- Data Loss: If you uninstall the application, clear its app data, or experience hardware failure/loss, your local data will be permanently deleted. Backing up exported PDFs is strictly the user's responsibility.
4. Proprietary Rights
All code, UI designs, graphics, branding, and intellectual property associated with Pinoptic Enterprise belong exclusively to Raghul A / Binary Behest. "All Rights Reserved." You may not decompile, reverse engineer, or attempt to extract the source code of the Application.
5. Disclaimer of Warranties ("As-Is")
Pinoptic Enterprise is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. The developer does not guarantee that the software will be completely error-free, uninterrupted, or that the local database will never experience corruption due to hardware failure or OS-level interruptions. Use of this application is strictly at your own risk.
6. Limitation of Liability & Sole Remedy
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall the developer (Raghul A / Binary Behest) be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use or inability to use the service.
The developer’s total liability for any claims arising out of or relating to this agreement or the use of the application shall be strictly limited to the total amount of subscription fees actually paid by the user to the developer during the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to liability.
7. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India / Tamil Nadu, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
